What stays on your device

Your meal plans, saved meals, notes and recipe links are saved in your browser on the device you use. We do not ask you to create an account.

You can clear your browser data or use Backup → Export to a file to keep a copy. Clearing browser data may remove your plans and saved meals.

When you share a plan

If you create a shared link, we store that plan so the link works across devices. Anyone with the link can view and edit the plan. Treat it like a password and only send it to people you trust.

When you choose Stop sharing, we delete the shared copy and the link stops working.

Usage analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics provider, to understand which parts of the site people use and improve them. This records page visits and actions such as printing or starting a shared plan.

It does not include meal names, recipe links, notes, plan dates or shared-plan links. We configure it not to create user profiles, record sessions or use your IP address.

You can turn analytics off at any time. This choice applies only to this browser. It helps me improve the tool if you leave it on, but it is your choice.

Other websites

Recipe links and the support link take you to other websites. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
